Erosion Control Blanket Machines

The AutoBlanket® Erosion Control Staple blanket machine is a hydraulically driven implement designed for medium to large landscape grading tractors or skid steer loaders with a minimum of 12 gpm hydraulic flow. The tractor/skid loader powerplant hydraulically engages the various machine movements with a touch of a button on the cab-mounted PLC. The auto-float engages the machine. The lift will disengage and also lift the machine while powering the hydraulic motor which engages a 25CFM aluminum block Atlas Copco compressor. The PLC enables the operator to determine staple patterns, turn the compressor on/off, and reset a daily blanket counter. The Auto-Stapling function allows the operator to fire all five guns at the press of a button. The AutoBlanket® can vary the distance and spacing of each staple and enables the operator to choose from an infinite number of staple patterns when installing the erosion control blanket.

As a follow-up to The AutoBlanket®, the AutoBlanket II is the first Walk Behind Erosion Control Blanket machine that attaches to a tractor with a 3-point hitch or is mounted on a skid loader plate. Each machine comes with extension wings which enable the operator to install 8′ or 16′ wide rolls of blanket. The AutoBlanket II has three 6″ pneumatic handheld staplers, a hydraulically driven 25 CFM compressor, 24 gallons of air receiver capacity, 3 x 25’ coiled air hose, hydraulic manifold, cushioned stapler holders.
